Bushido academies are holding a Seven Counties Course at Sharley Park on the 24th October. There will be senior instructors from across the areas teaching a variety of specialities including Ju-Jitsu, Kobudo, Bartitsu, Self defence and much more.
The course is sure to be enjoyable and beneficial to all grades and ages.
